Our Serving Circle

Community Cooks’ Serving Circle corporate program is a mutually beneficial partnership with our corporate and business community.

Our goal is to provide corporate groups with ongoing philanthropic and service opportunities that reflect their company’s values. By committing to providing recurring financial support, along with the option to create a volunteer cooking team(s), Serving Circle member businesses have a tangible impact in the neighborhoods where their staff work and live.

Here’s how it works:

Each Serving Circle corporate member commits to:

a recurring annual financial contribution to Community Cooks in the range of $3,500 to $35,000+

In addition, we hope that each Serving Circle corporate member will commit to:

preparing and delivering a monthly meal to an assigned local social service agency
recruiting the necessary number of volunteer Cooks from their employee pool
adding Community Cooks to their list of approved nonprofits eligible for matching gifts
promoting Community Cooks through their social media or company newsletter

In return, Community Cooks will:

promote all Serving Circle corporate members on our website and via social media as vital sustaining donors
provide a platform for a culture of service at the company
identify, vet and liaise with a local social service agency to receive your monthly meal should your company form a volunteer Cooking Team
train a Team Leader(s) at the company to manage team members’ monthly assignments and facilitate food delivery
send a member of our Leadership Team to speak about Community Cooks’ work and impact at your company’s annual community service day or other community building event
